Our Leasing Process

Our Lease process is streamlined to get you going quickly.  Typically once you decide to lease we can get through the process and and have you pulling off the lot in 2-3 days.

STEP 1 - 

Contact Darla (214-566-0557) to find out what trailers are available  

STEP 2 - 

Select from Available Trailers and Choose Leasing Option, 12 Month Lease or Lease to Own.  If you wish to see available trailers in person at Our lot in Bridgeport, TX  before you choose let us know.

STEP 3 - 

Darla will send you Lease Agreement, fill out completely and email back to info@rocknrolltransport.com  for approval

STEP 4 - 

Pay $1500 Deposit to hold trailer for 7 days, lose $150 if you decide not to lease

STEP 5 - 

Add trailer to your Insurance per Exhibit ‘A’ and email verification

STEP 6 - 

Schedule Pick-Up Day and Time

STEP 7 - 

 Make first payment, send copy of you CDL, arrive at lot, inspect the trailer and fill out checkout list, and you are all set to leave

Soon after we will setup monthly autopay on Credit or Debit Card billing on 1st or 15th of the month

Note:  If mechanical issues occur withing the first month of the Lease please contact us, we work with you to get them fixed and you back on the road

During the Lease

  • Maintain Insurance coverage per Lease Agreement

  • Let us know if auto billing method needs to be updated

  • Return any business inquiries within 24hrs to resolve any issues

  • If you need to break the Lease and return the trailer early, give us 2 weeks notice before you return

  • We will send you updated registration annually and also provide updated LTO payoff status
